First Post!

Hello,

So this is the first post of my healthy life blog.

I have recently gotten into more healthy ways of living...

In the past few months I have:

-switched to Method natural cleaners
-shopped at farmers markets for locally grown, organic foods
-tried the vegan lifestyle. I loved this one. I truly feel better when I eat a vegan diet. For my work life, however, it's incredibly hard. (I'm a restaurant manager) and so I follow a 90% ish vegan diet.
-started seeing a chiropractor for my constant neck and back pain.



Some goals for the next few months:

-drinking lots and lots of water
-eating more high fiber foods
-finding inner peace through yoga, meditation, religion or simple relaxation.
